A Local girl, born and raised on the the East side of Kauai, Daphne Halverson graduated from Kapa’a High School in 2009, Magna Cum Laude. Not wanting to leave the beautiful island and her family she decided to attend Kauai Community College (KCC). At KCC, she attained Associates degree in Liberal Arts and then enrolled in the distance learning program at the University of Oahu - West Oahu.
